In its quest for innovation, the winery turned to Vinolok™ glass closures. These cutting-edge closures promised freshness and quality for their premium brands. The decision was made by the owners, who were looking for a new type of packaging. To ensure buy-in, they worked with both marketing and the winemaker to ensure a seamless transition to this innovative product.

About

Viña Las Perdices S.A. is a pioneering family winery in the Agrelo wine region, it traces its roots back to the 1950s when Juan Carlos Muñoz, inspired by his Spanish heritage, began cultivating grapevines in Mendoza. In 2004, his sons established the winery in Agrelo, a territory inhabited by both vines and partridges (which inspired their name). Their legacy of hard work and dedication lives on in every bottle.

Beginning

In 2020, Viña Las Perdices S.A. conducted several tests to study wine evolution using Vinolok™ glass closures. These innovative closures were then employed for their new wine labels, showcasing the winery’s commitment to quality and creativity.

Experience

Since embarking on an innovative journey with Vinolok™ glass closures, Viña Las Perdices S.A. has never looked back. Although the implementation required manual application, the winery’s objective was clear: to stand out in a competitive market by using innovative packaging. The initial response from customers was positive, appreciating the aesthetic appeal. Today, their wines with the Vinolok™ closures are enjoying outstanding success.
